Irene Norberta Pratt, Kalamazoo.
Died suddenly October 7, 1999.  Irene was born February 25, 1919 in Kalamazoo 
the daughter of David W. and Mabel M. (Mannion) Pratt.  She worked for 
Upjohn's for 40 years and was a life long member of St. Joseph's Catholic 
Church.  Irene visited the sick and shut-ins, volunteered at St. Joseph 
Catholic Church as an altar server, Eucharistic Minister and Sacristan, and 
was a member of the Legion of Mary.  She was preceded in death by a brother 
and sister-in-law, Ernest and Ruth Pratt.  Surviving are a sister; a brother; 
8 nieces and nephes, 8 great nieces and nephews and many friends.  
Friends may call beginning Monday at Betzler Funeral Home...where a rosary 
will be recited at 6:00pm.  Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 
Tuesday 10:30 am St. Joseph Catholic Church, Rev. Michael Hazard celebrant.  
Interment Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
