Pratt, Foreman, Dies. Employed at Bryant Mill for 32 Years. David William Pratt, 67, of 445 Stockbridge avenue, a foreman at the Bryant Paper Company for 32 years, died suddenly Sunday. The deceased was born Nov. 18, 1879 in London, England, and came to Kalamazoo from Canada. He had lived here for more than 50 years and had been employed by the Bryant Paper Company for 40 years. Mr. Pratt was a member of St. Joseph's church and the 25 year club of the Bryant Paper Company. He is survived by his wife, Mable (sic), two sons, David Jr. and Ernest and two daughters, Irene and Ruth (note: should be Mary) all of Kalamazoo; and three brothers and one sister residing in England.
