Kay Joann Warnicke, 75, of Augusta, MI, died, Wednesday, August 1, 2007 
surrounded by family at her home. She was born in Battle Creek.
Kay graduated from Augusta High School and later received her Licensed 
Practical Nursing degree from Bronson Nursing School.
She was employed at Borgess Medical Center, additionally contributed to a 
Nursing Home in Montgomery, Alabama and upon returning to Michigan, worked at 
Park Place Living Center until her retirement in 2000.
She was preceded in death by brothers, Robert and Richard Greene and sister, 
Kathryn Pratt.
Kay loved her home, spending time with her family and her precious dog, Sadie.
At the request of the family no visitation is planned and cremation has taken 
place. A family graveside service will be held, August 6, 2007 at 3:00 p.m. at 
the Augusta Cemetery. Friends who wish may make memorial contribution to the 
McKay-Dole Library in Augusta. Personal remembrances may be made at www. 
farleyestesdowdle.com.
