Sand Lake Cemetery , a rural Kalamazoo County cemetery

From the 1929 records of Delmont M. Williams who transcribed the markers in the
Sand Lake Cemetery:  Cemetery located on Sec. 31, Pavilion Township, Kalamazoo
County.  This cemetery is often called Smith's Cemetery, but the name on the
original plat is Sand Lake.  There are 15 tiers, numbered from west to east, the
last on the east side is no. 15.  The lots are spaced north and south on the tiers.
