David DeLeeuw was born October 14, 1885 in Kalamazoo, Michigan to Jacob DeLeeuw 
(1858-1914) and Jacomina (Minnie) Kook (1864-1940.  David married Mamie C. 
Christian (1891-1985) September, 1910 in Kalamazoo, MI.  They had two children: 
Robert L. DeLeeuw (1913-2004) and Marian E. DeLeeuw (1915-1996).  
David DeLeeuw died November, 1938 in Kalamazoo, MI. 
Mamie Christian DeLeeuw remarried to Homer Ruster October 1941 in Kalamazoo, MI.
David DeLeeuw is buried in Section KK, Riverside Cemetery.
