Sara Ann (Rigby) Giem  Mother  1835 - 1908   Sara was born in Ireland according
to my grandmother, Ida Giem Branch (it is likely the family had English origins
since Rigby is an English name). She grew up in New Philadelphia, Ohio   She
married Albert Giem in New Phildelphia, also buried in Sand Lake.  Albert and
Sara Ann had the following children:  Alexander 7/23/1856 - 11/29/1860;
Catherine 3/24/1859 - 11/2/1912, Franklin 12/21/61 - 1/20/1941 buried in Sand
Lake; Daniel Bates 1/5/1864 - 10/11/1941; Maria 12/3/1865 - 12/21/1888;
Elizabeth Amanda /26/1868 - 2/5/1944 married ? Briggs; Cyrus 6/22/1870 -
10/2/1872; Ida Margaret 12/17/1871 - 9/13/1957 married Owen Branch, both buried
in Sand Lake; William Charles 9/9/1873 - 12/23/1951 Boyne Falls MI; Albert
Nelson born in MI 5/5/1876 - 11/23/1916; Edwin John born in MI 12/16/1878 -
2/28/1966 Los Angeles; and Archie(Archibald) Clyde born in MI 11/3/1882 -
6/16/1960 Ft. Wayne.
