John Harris Thompson was born 3 May 1862 in Nevada City Co.  He died 16 Oct 
1938 in Plainwell MI.  He left his wife, Mary, a son, Stuart A, a stepson, 
Robert Nichols, and three daughters, Ethel Hall, Pearl Lindsley, and Dorothy 
Curtiss.  He was predeced by a wife, Sarah Beebe who died in 1905.

Additional Comments:
John was my maternal grandfather.
