Bradfield of Portland, Mich. Morris is made a second lieutenant in the quartermaster corp. and Bradfield a first lieutenant in the medical corp. Announcement also is made the Lieut. George W. Webber of Ionia a field artillary officer at Camp Jackson has been promoted to a captain. He enlisted as a private.
