Morris of Ada, Mich., and John D. Bradfield of Portland, Mich. Morris is made a second lieutenant in the quartermaster corps and Bradfield a first lieutenant in the medical corps. Announcement also is made that Lieut. George W. Webber of Ionia, Mich. a field artillery officer at Camp Jackson has been promoted to a captaincy. He enlisted as a private.
