Pardy, a printer, has just been found in the well of an abandoned pump house at the Plater Mills near that city. Pardy was employed on the Decatur city directory about two or three months ago. He has visited Decatur many times and is well known to local printers. It is supposed that Pardy made his way to the door of the pump house, thinking he would sleep within and that he fell into the deep water and perished. He was last seen by his friends last Saturday.
