These electronic pages may NOT be reproduced in any format for profit or presentation by other organizations. ___________________________________________________________________ ERNEST BRADLEY DIES SUDDENLY Ernest Bradley, 51 well known in this community where he was born and reared, Passed away suddenly Saturday morning at his home in Rockford after only a few minutes' illness. Mr. Bradley arose at the usual hour and prepared to go to work at the Burch Body plant where he had been employed for some time. He complained of a pain in his heart. His family attempted to relieve him and immediately called a physician, but Mr. Bradley expired before the doctor could give him any help. Mr. Bradley was born in Algoma township, the son of Ray Bradley. He had spent all of his life in the neighborhood of Cedar Springs and Rockford and had many friends. Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon in Rockford, the Hubbard Funeral Home in charge, and interment was in the Rockford cemetery. Surviving are the widow; five childern, Mrs. Dale Gross of Edgerton(should have read Mrs. Harold (Alfrietta)Gross of Edgerton); Mrs. Edith Stone of south of Cedar Springs; and Mrs. Myrtle Finch of Porter Hollow; Duane and Shirley at home; his father, Ray Bradley of Algoma; two brothers Burton of Cedar Springs and Earl of Grand Rapids; Two sisters, Mrs. Nina Helsel of Cedar Springs and Mrs. Ila Shinner of Flint.
