BOLTHOUSE - Mr. Jay K Bolthouse, aged 64, of Ferrysburg and formerly of 
Conklin, passed away very unexpectedly at his home Wednesday evening.

Surviving are his wife, one son, two grandchildren, three sisters and two 
brothers.

Mr Bolthouse reposes at the Kammeraad Funeral Home, Grand Haven.  Interment in 
the Spring Lake Cemetery.
