Cedar Springs area newspaper 20 Jan 1920:
ARZILLA J. HOUSE was born in Plainfield township, Kent Co., Michigan, on Dec. 
15, 1847, and was the 6th daughter of Andrew and Sarah House and was united in 
marriage to Edgar Brown of Burch's Mills on April 12, 1868, and departed this 
life at her home in Edgerton, Mich., Jan. 7, 1920.  She leaves to mourn her 
departure her husband and one son Edgar at home and two sisters, Mrs. Laura 
Hoadley of Cedar Springs and Mrs. Addie Tryon of Edgerton, besides several 
other near relatives and a large circle of friends.  Card of thanks - We wish 
to thank the friends and neighbors for their many acts of kindness shown in 
our recent bereavement.  E. Brown & Son, Mrs. Hoadley, Mrs. Tryon, Mrs. Burch.

Additional Comments:
Daughter of Andrew House and Sarah (Ward) House; wife of Edgar Brown (1840-
1920).
