GROSS-Mrs. Etta Belle Gross, aged 70 of Edgerton passed away Monday morning
agter a lingering illness. Surviving are four sons, Ralph, Earl, Dale all
of Rockford and Harold of Sand Lake; five daughters, Mrs. Ruby Mason, Mrs.
Evelyn Magoon, Mrs. Martha Solomon, all of Rockford, Mrs Georgetta Shay
of Grand Rapids, Mrs. Ester Colby of Sparta; one foster daughter, mrs.
Betta Colby; one brother Herman Root of Grand Rapids; twenty-nine grandchildren;
four great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Gross reposes
at the Ernest T. Blanchard Funeral Home in Rockford where funeral services
will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. with Rev. Howard H. Fuller officiating.
Interment Pine Grove cemetery, Alpine township.
