Kopf, was born May 10,1857, at Lowell, MI, and passed away at the home of her sister, Mrs. Crawford, in Ionia on May 29, 1932. The greater part of her life was spent in Lowell and Grand Rapids. During the past year her health has gradually failed and she has been tenderly cared for by her sister, Mrs Crawford, nephew, Donald Crawford and niece, Mrs. Alice Lystrup. She leaves four sisters, Mrs J. D. Crawford of Ionia; Mrs. C. E. Hurley of Grand Rapids; Mrs G.W. Bangs of Pontiac; Mrs. F. E. Brunner of Freeport; two brothers, S.D. Kopf of Lucedale, Miss; and C. H. Kopf of Middlevile ; besides a number of nieces and nephews and other relatives and many friends. She was a member of the M. E. Church and life member of the Order of the Eastern Star. She was happiest when doing something for some one else and many are the fond remembrances that her friends have of her.
