May Have Been Drowned
Lyman Morris (sic) of Alpine Has Been Missing Since Tuesday
A report was brought to the sheriff's office yesterday that Lyman Morris (sic)
of Alpine Township was believed to have drowned himself in Mud lake... about ten
miles from the city.  Morris had been missing since Tuesday and he was tracked
to the lake. an upturned boat and other marks indicated that the man may have
been drowned.  the sheriff's force will take up the search  this morning and
drag the bottom of the lake.
