Died: Wednesday (24 Nov 1954) morning at the Elks National Home in Bedford, 
Va. 
Aged: 84
Surviving are three sisters: Mrs. Harry Volkers, of Zeeland, Mrs. H. Van 
Kammen of Holland, and Mrs. Harry Wadsworth, of Jenison 
Surviving three brothers: Cornelius and Peter, of Grandville, and Matthew of 
Lansing.  
Funeral services: Saturday (27 Nov 1954) morning at 11 o’clock at the Barto & 
Son Funeral Home conducted by Elks Grand Rapids lodge No. 48
Interment in Restlawn Memorial Park
