Grand Rapids Herald, 21 Oct 1939 and Grand Rapids Press, 19 Oct 1939 (same 
obits):  TRYON - Mrs. Adelaide Tryon, age 91, died Thursday afternoon in 
Algoma Township.  She leaves one granddaughter, Mrs. Helen Johnson, of Grand 
Rapids, two great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.  Funeral 
services will be held Sunday at 2:30 at the Erlend M. Hubbard funeral home, 
Rockford, interment in Rockford Cemetery.

Wife of Friend Tryon; daughter of Andrew House and Sarah (Ward) House.
