William H Vincent
Wm. H. Vincent, formerly of Cannon township, passed away at his home in Grand
Rapids Tuesday, Sept. 11 after a brief illness of of less than 38 hours.  He was
a kind and loving husband; a true and honest citizen and a man worthy of his
home in heaven.  He was a member of several different lodges in Grand Rapids and
was held in high esteem by those who knew him.  He leaves a wife, father and
stepson with many other near relatives to miss his loving smiles.  
The funeral services were held at the residence Friday under the auspices of the
Odd Fellow and Rebekah lodges, of which he was a member and the remains were
laid to rest in the Greenwood cemetery amid beautiful floral offerings from the
many lodges, the relatives and friends and the employees of the Wilmarth
Showcase Co.
