Cloe (sic) A Gibbs, 1852-1921. (may be replacement stone)
According to the 1880 census, she was the wife of Thomas W Gibbs, probably his 
second wife. She probably was Chloe A Miller (see 1870 census). The first wife 
of Thomas W Gibbs was Ellen H Gooding Gibbs, who died in 1874.
