Additional Comments:
David Michael SCHOUT was born Michael David BUTLER.  His birth parents were 
Martin Dale BUTLER and Amalia Victoria (DUARTE) Butler.  Michael changed his 
name to David Michael SCHOUT when he was adopted by the people he called 
his “real” parents Robert "Bob" Lee SCHOUT and Janet Sorbet (BERG) Schout.  He 
was taken from my life twice and I miss him terribly as I know his many family 
members and friends do.
