Additional Comments:
Horace Levi PROPER was the son of Frank L. PROPER and Annie O'KIEF.  Mildred 
PROPER's maiden name was Mildred Helen BALDWIN. Mildred's parents were Henry 
Charles BALDWIN and Rosetta R. "Rose" MOWLS or MOULE (The surname is spelled 
many ways in the documentation that I have found.)

Grave Location: Garden A, Section 100.
When you drive in (from Cascade Rd) take the driveway on the left and follow 
it to the left side of the cemetery.  Bordering the cemetery on the left is 
mortuary.  If you walk to the general area where the back corner of the 
building is (back being the corner of the building furthest from Cascade road) 
Horace and Mildred PROPER and Orson and Barbara GRANT (Orson is Mildred's son) 
are in that general area by the three trees.  The markers are flat to the 
ground but have a built in flower vase in the markers.
