Milinda House Davis was the daughter of Andrew and Sarah (Ward) House, 
Pioneers of Plainfield & Algoma Townships.

Alanson & Milinda were the parents of Julia Ann Davis Moore, who was the poet 
known as the "Sweet Singer of Michigan", wife of Frederick Moore and buried in 
Manton, Wexford, MI.
