Eick, 71, retired Aerospace technician, of Colorado Springs and formerly of Metamora, Michigan and Orange, California, born September 23, 1936 in Rochester, Michigan to Edward and Ellen (Lovell) Eick, went home to be with the Lord October 21, 2007 after a lengthy struggle with cardiovascular disease. He was raised on a farm in Metamora, MI and was a 1954 graduate of Dryden High School. He is survived by son, David (Lori) Eick, of Colorado Springs and two grandchildren, Anna Eick and Wesley Eick. He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Eick, of Orange, California; his parents; and brothers, Clarence and Charlie Eick, of Lapeer County, Michigan. Conrad served in the U.S. Marine Corps. He retired from the aerospace industry in 1992 and moved to Colorado soon after to be close to his remaining family. Visitation was held on October 26 at the Shrine of Remembrance, Colorado Springs, CO. Graveside services were held October 30, 2007 at Fairhaven Memorial Park in Santa Ana, California.
