      Died March 21, 1999
      BEULAH - Helen L. Blohm, 88, of Beulah and Inglis, Fla., died Sunday at 
Seven Rivers Hospital in Crystal River, Fla.
      Born June 10, 1910, in Glen Arbor, she was the daughter of Frederick and 
Lottie (Lowrie) Fisher. On June 14, 1926, in Empire, she married John W. Blohm.
      Helen and her husband grew cherries and she was a member of the Rebecca 
Lodge.
      Survivors include her daughter-in-law, Betty Blohm of Beulah; two 
granddaughters, Katharine (Richard) Rineer of Burke, Va., and Kristine (Gary) 
Myers of Northville; a grandson, John (Kathy) Blohm of Birmingham, Ala.; six 
great-grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
      Helen was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and two sons, 
George and John Jr.
      Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the Bennett-Jonkhoff Funeral 
Home in Beulah. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home; 
the Rev. Bruce Sheets will officiate. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery in 
Empire.
      Memorials may be directed to the American Cancer Society.
