Skeels, 147 North Madison Street with whom she had lived for the last eight years, since the death of her husband Phillip Aldrich. She had been ill for many weeks. She is survived by four children, Mrs Skeels, Mrs. Edith Miles of Ashland, Ore., George Aldrich of Clayton, and Elmer Aldrich of Rollin, 11 grandchildren and 5 great- grandchildren. Funeral arrangements have not been completed. Funeral of Mrs. Clara Aldrich Funeral services for Mrs. Clara Aldrich, who died Friday December 18, at the home of her daughter Mrs. H.R. Skeels, 147 North Madison Street were held there Sunday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock with the Rev. C.F. Bailey from the Friends Church and the Rev. M.F. Ashbrook from the Babtist Church officiating. Mrs. Helen Howe and Miss Thelma Wright sang for the service. The bearers, all grandsons of Mrs. Aldrich were Harold Skeels of Lorain, Ohio, Guy Dunbar of this city, Ellwood Aldrich of Detroit, Cleo Aldrich of Chelsea, Claire Aldrich of Ypsilanti and Russell Aldrich of Hudson. Those attending the service from away were Mr. and Mrs. Elwood Aldrich, Miss Susie Schureman and Mrs. Charles Gilbert of Detroit, Miss Lena Keith, Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Wilber, and Marvin Cary of Toledo, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Bills, Mrs. Charles Winn, Russell Aldrich, and Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Tomer of Hudson, Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Chase, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Chase, Mrs. Josephine Hathaway, Mr. and Mrs. Bert Tingley, and Mr.and Mrs. Irving Bell of Manitou Beach, Mr. and Mrs. Cleo Aldrich of Chelsea, Mr. and Mrs. David Gage and son Warren, Mr. and Mrs. William Ladd, Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Roberts, and Mr. and Mrs. Norris Corey of Clayton, and Harold Skeels of Lorain Ohio. The buriel was made in West Rome Cemetery.
