FUNERALS

Edward J. Bowerfind
The funeral services for Edward J. Bowerfind, whose sudden death occurred 
Thursday morning in his home at 818 East Church Street, were largely attended 
Saturday afternoon at 3:30 o'clock in the Everiss Funeral Home.  The entire 
force of employees of the Stearns Manufacturing Co., by which the deceased was 
long employed, attended the funeral in a body.  The Rev. E.F. Manske of St. 
Joh's Lutheran church officiated and the burial was in the family lot in 
Oakwood cemetery.  The bearers were William M. Shepherd, Fred Beck, E.F. 
Olsen, Carl S. DeLamater, Frank Oakes and Roy Nicholson.
