Betty Cubberly 


Age 79, of Tecumseh, passed away, October 18, 2004, at home. She was born June 
18, 1925 in Llanelly, South Wales, U.K., the daughter of David and Sarah 
(Morris) Davies. On July 7, 1947, she married Arthur H. Cubberly. He survives.

She was a member of The First Baptist Church, Tecumseh. She was retired from 
Faraday, Inc. after 24 years of service. Betty's family was everything to her. 

In addition to her husband Arthur, she is survived by her children, David 
Cubberly, Kathy (Perl) Sebring, Paul Cubberly, and Sharon (David) Prill , all 
of Tecumseh; 7 grandchildren; and 9 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and two granddaughters, Chloé Marie 
Cubberly, and Joann Marie Prill. 

Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m. Thursday, October 21, 2004, in The 
First Baptist Church,
Tecumseh, with Rev. Doug Winters officiating. Interment will follow in 
Brookside Cemetery, Tecumseh. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday and 
from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Wednesday in the Purse Funeral Home, Tecumseh.
