Dallas Ima Dow 


Age 86, of Tecumseh, died October 18, 2004 at Provincial House, Adrian. She 
was born July 17, 1918 in Speedwell, TN, the daughter of Andy and Cora Lee 
(Wilson) Smith. 

She was a member of Kentucky Park Missionary Baptist Church, Monroe. She was 
retired from DST Industries, Clinton.

She is survived by a daughter, Mary Lee (Troy) Collins of Tecumseh; son, Rev. 
Fred (Gloria) Smith of Monroe; 5 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; and 3 
great great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death one grandson, Kenneth Collins, two brothers, Clyde 
M., and Audrey H.; and three sisters, Mary L. England , Flossie E. 
Shackleford, and Hallie J. Smith. 

Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Thursday in the Purse Funeral Home, 
Tecumseh with the Rev. Kenny Goins officiating. Interment will follow in 
Brookside Cemetery, Tecumseh. Visitation will be Wednesday from 4-8 p.m. in 
the Purse Funeral Home, Tecumseh.
