He had been in failing health for several months. He is survived by seven sons, Benjamin, Frank, Martin, Archie, and George of Ogden, Walker of Ypsilanti, Bert of Lapeer, seven daughters, Mrs. Isaiah Mehan, Mrs. John Filter, and Mrs. Ernest Fox of Blissfield, Mrs. Carl Filter, and Mrs. Harold Southwell of Adrian, Mrs. Francis Witt of Metamora, OH, and Mrs. Otto Holtz of Riga, forty-five grandchildren, five great grandchildren, five brothers, Daniel and Alonzo Dickerson of Toledo, OH., Rueben and Royal Dickerson of Adrian, Ellsworth of Ypsilanti, and one sister, Mrs. Richard VanEtten of Ogden. Mrs. Dickerson preceded him in death twelve years ago. Funeral service will be held Tuesday at 1:30 in Tagsold Funeral Home in Blissfield, and 2:00 at the Ogden Evangelical Church. The Reverend Rex Lahr will officiate, and burial will be in Zion Cemetery. ~~~~Jeannette notes: The death record is under the name Albert George Dickerson, however Lenawee County birth records show the name George Albert Dickerson. ~~~~~~~~~~~
