  Mrs. I. S. Eddy passes away in Oakland. Mrs. I. S. Eddy, mother of H. D. 
Eddy of Vacaville and L. W. Eddy of Elmira, died at her home in Oakland Friday 
evening, December 16th. Funeral services were held from Stewart's undertaking 
parlors last Sunday and the interment was in Vacaville cemetery. 
  Mrs. Eddy was a native of Michigan, aged 82 years, and was a sister of the 
late Carey Bugbee, a former well known resident of Vacaville. The family came 
to California in 1893 and located in Vacaville, where they resided for about 
five years . For the past twenty-three years her home has been in Oakland.
  She was an active member of the Christian church until her death.
  She is survived by her husband, Isaac S. Eddy of Oakland, two sons and a 
daughter - H. D. Eddy of Vacaville, L. W. Eddy of Elmira, and Mrs. Berthie 
Thompson of Oakland also four grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
