GREENHOE May 8, 1944, Adrian Daily Telegram: Mrs. Emery Greenhoe Special to The Telegram WALDRON, May 8­Mrs. Maude Greenhoe, 63 years old, wife of Emery Greenhoe, died at 6 o'clock this morning in the Thorn Memorial hospital at Hudson where she underwent a major operation ten days ago. Mrs. Greenhoe was born Aug. 3, 1880, in Wright township near Waldron and spent all her life in this vicinity. She was married Dec. 15, 1897, and since then had lived on the Greenhoe homestead five miles northeast of Waldron. Besides her husband she is survived by two daughters, Mrs. A. C. Robbins of Columbus, Ohio, and Mrs. Joseph Witt of Waldron, one sister Mrs. Bert Commer of Pioneer and one brother Ray Kelly of Prattville. A daughter Arlene died at the age of three years. Then funeral will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock in the home and the burial will be in Evergreen cemetery near Ransom.
