FRIEDA L. KINZEL March 17, 1999
Frieda L. Kinzel (Haddad), age 91, passed away Wednesday, March 17, 1999 at St.
Luke’s Hospital. She was born in Toledo to Assad and Sadie Haddad.
Frieda and her late husband, Frank were the owner of the Green Light Inn,
retiring in the late 1960’s. They later owned My Brothers Place in Point Place.
A 50 year member of Erie Council #147, Degree of Pocahontas, she was also a past
president of the National Organization, an affiliate of the Improved Order of
Red Men.
Frieda is survived by her daughter, Barbara Kinzel of Sylvania; grandchildren
Pamela Frank, Gregory Kinzel, and Kimberly Kinzel; 6 great- grandchildren; 3
great-great- grandchildren; and brothers, Czar Haddad and George Haddad. She was
preceded in death by her husband, Frank Kinzel; and her son, Robert Kinzel.
Friends may visit the family Sunday from 2-9 p.m. at the Walker Funeral Home,
5155 Sylvania Avenue, with the Degree of Pocahontas conducting, services at 7
p.m. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Interment will follow at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.
