Mrs. August VOLLMER Dies at Home in Adrian
Mrs. August VOLLMER, a resident of Lenawee county for over 40 years, 
died Thursday night at her home in Adrian after a long illness. Mrs. 
VOLLMER who was 71 years of age was born in Germany and came to America 
when 14 years of age. Before moving to Adrian she had lived in the 
vicinity of North Adrian for a number of years.
She leaves her husband and one daughter Anna of Adrian, two sons 
Richard of Tipton and Fred of Monroe and several grand children.
Funeral services were held in Adrian Sunday and burial was made in the 
Tipton cemetery.
