Kinzel, 74 years old, of 417 Finch Street died at his home at midnight Tuesday, Dec. 17, 1957. He had been in failing health for the last two years. He was born March 22, 1883, at Tyssa, Austria, the son of Frank and Mary Kinzel. He came to the United States at the age of 12 years and has spent most of his life in Adrian. He was a faithful communicant of St. Joseph’s Catholic church and a member of the St. Joseph and Holy Name Societies. He was also a member of the Loyal Order of Moose and the Fraternal Order of Maccabees. He was married to Sarah Mae Wasson Dec. 19, 19O5, at Jackson. He is survived by his widow; three sons, Frank Kinzel of Florida, Harold Kinzel of Toledo and Leroy Kinzel of California; two daughters, Mrs. P. Arden (Eulalia) Pletcher and Mrs. R. A. (Helen) Piotter; one sister, Mrs. Pauline Poulin of Duluth: 17 grandchildren; one great grandchild and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by two children. Julius H. Kinzel Jr. in infancy and his twin sister Junette who died in 1939. Mr. Kinzel has been well known for his automobile and piano refinishing. He was a former employee of the Kewaunee Manufacturing company and the Stearns Manufacturing company. Funeral arrangements at the Dunmore Funeral Home are not completed.
