ROBERT 'BOBBY' H. KINZEL February 11, 1997

Robert “Bobby” H. Kinzel, age 69, died suddenly in his home in Bakersfield, CA
on February 11, 1997. He was born June 27, 1927 in Toledo, OH. He served in the
Navy during WWII and he owned and operated several restaurants in the Toledo
area for many years before moving to California. He was an active member of the
Elks and enjoyed many hours of friendship with the members in Bakersfield.
Surviving are his mother, Frieda Kinzel of Toledo; sister, Barbara Kinzel of
Sylvania, OH; daughters, Pam Frank of Holland, OH and Kimberly Kinzel of
Bakersfield, CA; his son, Gregory (Ruth) Kinzel of Toledo; 6 grandchildren; and
3 great-grandchildren. Preceding him in death were his father, Frank and wife,
Laura.
Interment will be at Greenlawn Cemetery in Bakersfield, CA. A memorial service
will take place at the Elks of Bakersfield on Saturday, Feb-uary 22, 1997 at 1
p.m.
