From the Adrian Daily Telegram, March 4, 1898: "Christian KUNEY, aged
83, died about 7 o'clock this morning at his home, about three miles west
of the city, of gangrene. The funeral will be held at 2 o'clock, sun time,
to-morrow. Burial at Oakwood. Seymour KUNEY, a son, died last week of erysipelas,
contracted while nursing his father."
