Sherry Lynn LEITNER passed away on May 12, 2004 at Bixby Medical Center.  She 
was born August 25, 1953 in Ann Arbor.  Sherry was employed at the Bixby 
Medical Center.

Survivors include her father and stepmother, and six siblings including a twin 
brother.  Sherry was preceded in death by her mother, a sister, and her 
grandparents.

Visitation will be on Saturday afternoon and evening at the Anderson Funeral 
Home.  Funeral service will be on Sunday in the afternoon.  Burial will be in 
North Adrian Cemetery.
