Bert Moricz 


Age 84, of Tecumseh, died December 26, 2004. 

He was born March 11, 1920, in Hungary, the son of Albert & Elizabeth 
(Fazekas) Moricz. On May 8, 1942, he married Gizella Grace Fulop. She 
survives. 

Bert and his family immigrated to the United States in 1957 following the 
Hungarian Revolution. Bert was retired from the Tecumseh Products Company with 
25 years of service. He was a member of the Hungarian Cultural Center in 
Taylor, MI. 

In addition to his wife Gizella, he is survived by his son, Dr. George 
(Kendra) Moricz of Plymouth; two grandchildren, Jodi (Jerry) Dostal of 
Commerce Twp., and Dr. Benjamin (Claudia) Moricz of Sarasota, FL; and three 
great grandchildren, Nathan, Zander, and Ashlyn.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Friday, December 31, 2004, in the 
Purse Funeral Home, Tecumseh. Interment will follow in Brookside Cemetery. 
Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m until time of funeral services in the 
funeral home on Friday. 

Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Lenawee.
