The Adrian (MI) Daily Telegram, Friday, November 8, 1946, p 6 col 4
Frederick Clifton PARSELS of 1041 East Butler street, 72 years old, died last 
night at 10:30 after a long illness.

He was born in Fairfield August 21, 1874, and lived in Lenawee county his 
entire life. He was the son of James and Mary PARSELS. In 1892, he married 
Choice RUSSEL, who preceded him in death. To this union was born one daughter, 
Vinnie V., who died in infancy. In 1907 he married Mrs.
Marella REYNOLDS, who preceded him in death May 22, 1943. To this union were 
born two daughters, Mrs. Iva M. DOWLING and Mrs. Mildred BOWER, both of 
Adrian, who survive. Also surviving are two grandchildren, Pfc.
Charles BOWER of Fort Eustis, Va., and Miss Joyce BOWER of Adrian, one 
brother, William PARSELS of Tipton, and one sister, Mrs. Bessie SPRIGGS of 
Adrian.

Services will be held Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock in the Everiss Funeral 
Home with the Rev. A.H. WALLSCHLAEGER officiating. Burial will be in the 
Lenawee Hills Memorial Park.
