Blissfield, Mildred A. Piotter, 89, of Blissfield, passed away Tuesday June 22,
2004 , at the Charlotte Stephenson Manor in Adrian. 	
Mildred was born on Oct 25, 1914, in Deerfield Township, the daughter of Herman
and Anna (Schadewald) Piotter. She worked for the General Telephone Company in
Blissfield and Adrian as an operator and clerk, retiring in 1976. She was a
member of the Ruth circle at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Blissfield.
Surviving are three nephews, Jack Piotter and James Piotter of Lansing, Mi, and
David Piotter of Minneapolis, Minn; three neices, Patricia Wisney of Rosebush,
Mi., and Diane Sroufe and Deborah Irwin both of Adrian. Mildred was preceded in
death by her parents, brothers, R.A. Piotter and Harold Piotter and a sister
Leona Ballard. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 11.A.M. at St. Paul
Lutheran Church in Blissfield with Pastor Keith Koppenhofer officiating. Burial
will follow at Pleasant View Cemetery in Blissfield, Visiting hours will be
Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 at the Tagsold Funeral Home in Blissfield. Memorial
Contributions are suggested to Hospice of Lenawee, St Paul's Lutheran Church,
Charlotte Stephenson Manor, or to the charity of the donor's choice
