Richard William "Bill" PLATE, Sr., age 78, of Wamplers Lake passed away 
Saturday, May 22, 2004, at his home.

He was born Nov.6, 1925, in Morenci, Mich., the son of Jack and Hazel 
(McCARTY) PLATE. He married Norma NEER on July 17, 1948, in Angola, Ind.
