THEODORE J. 'TED' PLETCHER

LANCASTER, Pa. -
Theodore J. "Ted" Pletcher, formerly of Adrian, passed away Friday, May 23,
2008, in Lancaster, Pa.
He was born in Adrian on Sept. 3, 1937, the son of Arden and Eulalia (Kinzel)
Pletcher. Ted was an engineering graduate of the University of Michigan, where
he was a member of Delta Upsilon fraternity. After proudly serving his ROTC
commitment in the U.S. Navy, Ted started a successful career with General
Electric as a manufacturing manager and vice president. In addition to being a
smart businessman and avid golfer, Ted was also a loving father and grandfather.
Surviving Ted are his children; sons, Kevin Pletcher of Lancaster, Pa., Kurt
(Kateri) Pletcher of Suwanee,
Ga., Mark (Juli) Pletcher of Arden, N.C.; daughter, Cindy (Paul) Roumy of
Saraosta, Fla.; six grandchildren,
Kendall, Keegan, Karenna, Maya, Noah, Luke and Brooke. Ted was preceded in death
by his sister, Jane
Heifron.
