JANE HEFFRON 
Jane V. Heffron. age 74, formerly of Adrian, passed wav Saturday. June 23, 2007,
under the care of Hospice. She was born in Adrian on October 1, 1932, the
daughter of Dwight and Mary (Kinzel) Pletcher. On June 15, 1957. she married
John "Jack" Heffron in Adrian. Jack preceded her in death in 1998. 
The greatest joy in Jane's life was her family. She was a devoted mother, and a
doting grandrnother. After raising her children, she went to work as a dental
assistant, Jane was a member of the Notre Dame Catholic Church where she was a
Rosarian. She was also a member of the Beta Sigma P1 Sorority. 
Surviving Jane are her children daughters. Patricia Anne (Mark D Armstrong) of
Chesterton, Ind.; Tracy Leigh (Michael) Wright of Bloomington, Ind.; Susan Jane
(John) Krametbauer of Peoria Ariz: Mary Elizabeth Hansen and her husband Samuel
of San Diego, CA; sons, John M. (Karin) I-Ieffron of Westfield, NJ; and Howard
H. (Theresa) Heffron of Michigan City, Ind; 16 grandchildren, Jason, James,
Catherine, Jenna, Hayden, Madison, Michael, Beau, Faith, Josh, Kristina, Jane,
Grace, Belle, Jack and Samantha; and a brother, Ted Pletcher of Pennsylvania. In
addition to her husband, Jane was preceded in death by a son, Robert, and a
grandson, Brian. Funeral Mass for Jane is held today, Wednesday, June 27. 2007,
at 1 p.m. at St. Joseph Church in Adrian with Father, David Hudgins as
Celebrant. Burial will follow 
at Oakwoocl Cemetery.
