Gary Robison Pfc. Gary Herbert Robison, 20, was reported killed in action March 10, in Indochina. The news, given Saturday to his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Robison of 2393 West Carlton Road, said that death occurred during enemy mortar fire. Pfc. Robison had arrived in Chu Lai, South Vietnam, for active duty on Jan. 2, 1971. Funeral arrangements are pending return of the body. Pfc. Robison was graduated from Sand Creek High School in 1969. He entered the service July 29, 1971, taking his basic training at Fort Knox, Ky., and AIT at Fort Sill, Okla., with eight weeks of heavy artillery training. Prior to entering the service he was employed by the Simplex Paper Corporation. Obituary PFC. ROBISON FUNERAL RITES SET SATURDAY Funeral services for Private First Class Gary H. Robison, son of Herbert and Patricia Foster Robison of 3293 West Carlton Road, who was fatally injured in South Vietnam, March 10, will be conducted Saturday at 3:30 p.m., in the Braun Funeral Home, with full military honors. Burial will be in Lenawee Hills Memorial Park. Pfc. Robison was born Sept. 8, 1950 in Adrian. He as a 1969 graduate of Sand Creek High School and prior to enlistment in service July 29, 1970 he was employed at the Simplex Paper Corporation. In Addition to his parents, he is survived by tow brothers, Joseph and Anthony Robison; two sisters, Julie and Cheri Robison and grandparents, Mrs. Agnes Jacobs of Manitou Beach, Artie Johnson and Mrs. Alberta Henry, both of Adrian. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Marcelius J. Foster who was killed in the service in France in 1944.
