ADRIAN: Clifford F. Seegert, age 84, of Adrian, died Thursday, Feb. 7, 2002 at 
Herrick Memorial Hospital.  He was born Nov. 19, 1917 in Riga, Mi. to George 
and Lena (Fisher) Seegert.  On Feb. 19, 1940 he married Hazel Schadewald in 
Gary, Ind.  She preceded him in death on July 14, 1977.  On March 30, 1980 he 
married Helena Forche in Deerfield.  She survives.  Clifford was employed by 
Kewaunee Manufacturing until his retirement in 1978.  He was a member of St. 
John's Luteran Church.  In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, 
Jean Ellison and her husband Dwight of Concord, Mi., one stepson, Robert 
Forche of Columbus, Ohio; one stepdaughter Carol Pimchtal of Massachusetts, 
one brother Ellsworth Seegert of Petersburg, Mi, two grandchildren, five great-
grand children, three stepgrandchildren and two step great-grandchildren.  He 
was preceded in death by his first wife, Hazel, his parents, seven brothers 
and a sister.  Funeral services for Clifford will be held Sunday, Feb. 10, 
2002 at 3 p.m. from Anderson Funeral Home with Pastor Hoel Sarrault 
officiating.  Burial will be in Lenawee Hills Memorial Park, Adrian.  
Visitation will be held on Friday from 6-8 p.m. and also on Saturday from 3-5 
p.m. at the Anderson Funeral Home.  Memorial contributions may be made to St. 
John's Lutheran Church, Hospice of Lenawee or the American Cancer Society.
