THAYER DIED AT DEERFIELD YESTERDAY Deceased Was A Paper Hanger and Decorator, Working in Adrian; Extended Illness DEERFIELD, Aug. 7th - Orin Albert Thayer died at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Reuben W. Thayer, yesterday at 8 p.m. after an extended illness from anemia and lead poisoning. Mr. Thayer was a decorator and painter. In his early life he learned the plumber's trade, but after working a few years at this occupation in Toledo he took up painting and decorating, at which trade he became an expert, working in Toledo and Adian. He was employed at Gallup's store in Adrian at the time of his sickness. He died at the home of his parents, the same house in which he was born, Sept. 16, 1886. He leaves a wife, father and mother and a sister, Mrs. horace Sayles, 27 Frank St. Adrian. Additional Comments: Please email me if you are related to these Thayer's and would like more information.
