This photo is of Bean Creek at the Dillon Highway Bridge near Lawrence Road, 
and in the vicinity of Brown Cemetery on Lowe Road.  As Harriet Cole Bowen 
wrote in 1942, Brown Cemetery is "between the road and a ravine which is part 
of the Bean Creek system.  The location is a beautiful spot. . ." (Gravestone 
Records of Lenawee County Michigan, Vol. 4, Bowen 1942)
