Mrs. Ida Cook Barnard, wife of Harry Barnard, died at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Barnard, where they were living, after an illness of about four weeks, during which time two little baby girls were born, only to pass on to the better world. She was born at Williamston Dec. 24, 1887, and lived there all her life until her marriage to Harry Barnard at Howell March 11, 1909, since which time they have resided in this township. She was of a pleasant kindly disposition and highly respected by all her large circle of friends where she spent her life. The sorrowing husband has the warm sympathy of all who know him in bereavement. The funeral services will be held at the Baptist church this afternoon at 2:00, the Rev. P. N. Cayer officiating and the remains will be interred in Greenwood cemetery.
