COCHRUN, OWEN:

   IONIA SENTINEL-STANDARD, MI; March 19, 1955:  "Deaths - Owen Cochrun, 62, of
Orleans died Saturday morning at 3 o'clock at the Ionia County Memorial Hospital
following a long illness.
   Mr. Cochrun was born July 14, 1892, at Defiance, Ohio, the son of Wilson and
Almeda Cochrun.  He was married to Mable Barber April, 1946, and she died April
28, 1952.
   Mr. Cochrun had lived forty years in Mackinac county and had been connected
with the Michigan conservation department in Newberry for the last 20 years. 
About one year ago he moved to the home of his sister, Mrs. Orzantha Mosier, in
Orleans.
   Survivors are four sisters, Mrs. Orzantha Mosier, Mrs. Ella Rhinehart of
Muir, Mrs. Jennie Robinson of Lyons and Mrs. Goldie Mulnix of Flint, and two
brothers, John and Ezra of Ionia.
   Funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon at two o'clock at the Boynton
funeral home.
   Interment at the Orleans cemetery."

COCHRUN - Funeral services for Owen W. Cochrun were held Tuesday afternoon at 2
o'clock at the Boynton funeral home.  The Rev. Heath T. Goodwin officiated. 
Pallbearers were Harry Robison, Carl Brockman, Ivan Babcock, Delbert Lemke,
Roger Cochrun and Burton Hill.
   Out of town people attending were Mr and Mrs Will Mosier, Mr and Mrs Burton
Hill and Mrs Albert Furman of Orleans; Mr and Mrs Clyde Mosier of Stanton; Mr
and Mrs Roger Cochrun of Saranac; Mr and Mrs Robert Cochrun of St. Johns; Mr and
Mrs Leon Mulnix and Mr and Mrs Lyle Mulnix of Flint; Mrs Lawrence Potter of
Pinconning; Mr and Mrs Carl McDivette of Morris; Mr and Mrs William Brockman,
Carl and Fred Brockman of Albion; Mr and Mrs Ted Reinhardt of Muir; Harry
Robison, Bill Robison, Mr and Mrs Ivan Babcock and Roy Babcock of Lyons and Mrs.
Beatrice Bullock of Lansing."
